A: There are no vaccinations that are obligatory for study abroad students in the Philippines.
Nonetheless, it is advisable to consider the following two categories of recommended inoculations.

HEPATITIS A

Hepatitis A causes nausea, abdominal pain and other flu-like symptoms when foods, beverages or other substances are consumed.

JAPANESE ENCEPHALITIS VIRUS (JEV)

Transmitted from mosquitoes to pigs, which can then infect humans, leading to symptoms such as high fever, vomiting and headaches, with a potential risk of severe illness.
