If reservation e-mails are not received after completing the online reservation procedures, please check the setting instructions below.
Sent e-mails can be accessed in the mailbox on “My Page”.
In this case, e-mails such as confirmation of payment and final confirmation of booking will be sent to the mailbox on “My Page” and not to the registered e-mail address. Check E-mails
E-mail addresses registered for use on mobile devices are normally set at default for rejecting spam e-mails.
Please go to the domain/spam e-mail settings to allow e-mails from skyticket.
Unblocking Specific Domain
Once the specified domain on your mobile device is unblocked, please contact us to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again.
Settings for Incoming E-mails
After you have unblocked e-mails from the domain "@skyticket.com", please call or e-mail us to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again.
E-mail Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please register the new e-mail address in the “Edit Member's Information” found on “My Page” or e-mail us to have your e-mail address changed. After the new e-mail address has been registered, we will send the unreceived e-mails again.
