CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

For cancellations before payments, please access My Page or My Reservation(s) to cancel your reservation(s).
Cancellation fees do not apply for all cancellations before payment.

Procedures for Accessing My Page / My Reservation(s)

 

CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT

For cancellation of bookings after payment has been completed, please contact us via telephone or e-mail.
Kindly contact us at least 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japan Holidays) prior to your departure date.

  • E-mails for cancellations after skyticket operating hours (Weekdays: 10:00AM to 6:00PM) will only be processed on the next business day

  • In the event of cancellation on the day of departure (just before departure), passengers are advised to reach out to the airline directly, inform the airlines that the travel agency is closed on that day and request the airline to process the cancellation

  • Kindly contact and notify skyticket by the next business day for cancellations made directly with the airlines
    Refund procedures cannot be initiated if you do not contact us by the stipulated deadline

  • Some passengers may not be able to cancel a portion of their tickets or a 100% cancellation fee may apply depending on the type of ticket selected

 

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation fees will apply for all cancellations, irrespective of the departure date or the timing of the payment.
The amount to be refunded will be issued after the deduction of all applicable cancellation and administrative fees.

* All handling and administrative fees incurred at the time of reservation process are non-refundable along with the cancellation fees outlined below
(Refunds will be processed after deducting these fees along with the cancellation fee)

  1. Airlines Cancellation Fee
    Note: Some ticket types impose a complete non-refundable 100% cancellation fee
  2. skyticket Cancellation Processing Fee JPY16,500
Cancellation After Flight Departure Cancellations or Refunds are NOT Allowed

 

AIRLINES WITH NON-CANCELABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE POLICIES
The airlines listed below do not permit cancellations or refunds, irrespective of the type of ticket purchased.
To cancel, please relinquish your reservation; no formal cancellation process is necessary in these instances.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION

Changes to passenger information, flight reservations or other reservation details are strictly not allowed.
Kindly annul the existing reservation and proceed to create a new reservation with the correct details.

  • Cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy

  • When partial cancellations cannot be made, please cancel the initial reservation/booking and proceed to create a new reservation
