The refunds may not be issued in the order in which they are requested depending on the airlines.

Thai Airways is in the process of corporate reorganization through the Central Bankruptcy Court of Thailand. Refunds are being made in limited amounts monthly and is foreseen to be a lengthy process. |

Proposed reorganization plan of Eastar Jet was approved by a Korean court and refunds at a repayment rate of 4.4614% were issued. |
