In the event that you do not receive an auto-generated e-mail immediately, please check your e-mail address as there may be an error in your e-mail address provided. For reservations made by mobile phone addresses, please check your the domain settings, spam settings and mailbox capacity as e-mails may be filtered to spam if the registered e-mail address is of a smartphone/mobile phone due to default filter settings.
