A: If the flight you are booked on is canceled, you can choose either of the options below.

1. Cancellation and refund with waiver of airline cancellation fees and skyticket cancellation processing fee
2. Transfer to an alternative flight of the same carrier on the same route without additional fees
   

 

REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Submit your cancellation request from My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) page (Non-member Reservations) within 7 days of the scheduled departure date.

* Administrative fees, skyticket handling fees and telephone reservation fees at time of booking are non-refundable
* Details on Cancellation / Changes
* Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed 7 days after the scheduled departure date

 

BOOKINGS OF 2 OR MORE FLIGHTS WITH SOME FLIGHTS CANCELED Depending on airline regulations, airline cancellation fees and skyticket cancellation fees may be waived for flights other than the flight canceled when two or more flights are booked and some flights are canceled. Submission of cancellation request must be made at the same time as the canceled flight. Upon request, we will confirm with the airline if it is possible to waive the cancellation fee for the other flight(s). The refund amount displayed on My Page / My Reservation(s) page is the standard refund amount. After the completion of the cancellation procedure, the actual refund amount can be confirmed in the Refund Amount column. * In accordance with airline regulations, cancellation fee waivers are not applicable for flights other than the flights canceled by the airlines (flight suspension)

 

REQUEST FOR ALTERNATIVE FLIGHT(S)

Transfers to alternative flights of the same airlines on the same routes are permitted without any extra charges.
