1. SEARCH AIR TICKETS
Please select your preferred options (departure date, place, destination) from the search screen and click the "Search Best Airfares" button.
Reservations via e-mail and telephone (+81-3-5224-8841) are also accepted.
* A handling fee (per passenger per one-way) of JPY500 will be charged for confirmed reservations made via telephone
(The above handling fee is a mandatory charge)

2. SEARCH RESULTS
Search results are displayed in accordance to search entry preferences and flights of various airlines.
* Availability of seats are NOT displayed in search results
When making a reservation, click on the flight route of your preference and fill in the necessary information.
Click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to continue your reservation.
3. RESERVATION SCREEN
Fill in the required information and click on the "Next" button (ensure your entry is correct) to continue to the confirmation page.
Online reservations can be submitted 24-hours a day.
* All fields marked "Required" must be filled
* Your reservation online is not a confirmed booking
Note: Your reservation is complete only after you have received a confirmation e-mail (invoice)
* Ensure that all information provided at time of reservation is correct
* Please note that you may be rejected from boarding your flight if there are errors in the information (such as incorrect name spelling) you provide during reservation
4. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION SCREEN
Please check to ensure that the information you have provided is correct when making your reservation.
Click the "Next" button to process your request after you have confirmed that all the information you have entered is correct.
5. RESERVATION COMPLETE SCREEN
An auto-generated e-mail with your entry details will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
A separate e-mail confirming your reservation will be sent after you have completed your online reservation.
6. INVOICE & PAYMENT
Please check the flight details to ensure that all information are correct and read the cancellation policy when you receive the invoice (confirmation e-mail). Upon affirming that all flight details are correct and in order, please proceed to make your credit card payment before the purchase deadline. We will process the issuance of your air ticket(s), once we have confirmed receiving your payment.
To issue receipts for air tickets purchased, please access the Receipt Issuance page.
The "Final Confirmation" e-mail including the procedures for your check-in and boarding will be sent to you within 3 days after you have received the "Payment Confirmation" e-mail . If you do not receive the "Final Confirmation" e-mail within the stipulated time, please login to skyticket and check the "E-mail List".
