Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, requests for refunds are overwhelming and we are responding sequentially.
Refunds will be processed by skyticket as soon as the refund process is completed and the airline has confirmed the refund to us.
The refunds may not be issued in the order in which they are requested depending on the airlines.
Considering the large number of refund requests received by airlines from around the world, many airlines are taking a longer time to process the refunds.
The list below provides information on the progress of the major airlines experiencing delays in the clearing process.

Since the unprecedented outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic worldwide, most airlines have been delaying the process for refunds. The Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) has sent a letter to the Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in Japan to request for accelerated refunds for international air tickets.
