A: In the event that flights are canceled/suspended, the airline stipulated cancellation fee and skyticket cancellation processing fee may be waived for flights other than those canceled/suspended.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled departure date via My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations).
Submission of cancellation request must be made at the same time as the canceled flight.
Upon request, we will confirm with the airline whether it is possible to waive the cancellation fee for the other flight(s).
