A: A full refund on the air ticket for the route or a transfer to an alternative flight will be assigned in situation(s) of flight

Passengers with Preference for Transfer(s) to Alternative Flight(s)
Passengers who wish to travel on alternative flight(s) after scheduled flights are canceled by the airlines can do so by requesting for alternative flight(s) at the airport counters or contact the airline(s) directly to make the transfers.
As we are unable to process transfers to alternative flights, please contact the airlines directly to make the necessary requests.
Passengers with Preference for Refund(s)
Refund request(s) can be made for flights are canceled by the airline(s).
Handling and administrative fees are non-refundable
If a flight is canceled due to inclement weather, strikes or any other reasons irrelevant to the passenger, cancellation fee(s) will not be deducted when making refunds.（Handling and administrative fees are non-refundable）
Refunds for payments made via convenience stores, Pay-easy and Amazon Pay will be made to designated bank accounts and refunds for payments made by credit cards will be debited to credit card accounts.
Please note that full refund processes may require up to 2 calendar months for completion.

skyticket shall not be held liable and/or responsible for any/all expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.) incurred due to flight cancellation by the airlines even if the alternative flight is not on the same day as the canceled flight
