Check Messages Online via “My Page” (Reservation Details)
E-mails can also be found and viewed in the mailbox on “My Page”.
In this case, e-mails such as confirmation of payment and final confirmation of booking will be sent to the mailbox on “My Page” and not to the registered e-mail address. Click to check your reservation(s)
Domain/Spam E-mail Settings
E-mail addresses registered for use on mobile devices are normally set at default for rejecting spam e-mails.
Please go to the domain/spam e-mail settings to allow e-mails from skyticket.
Once the specified domain on your mobile device is unblocked, please contact skyticket to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again.

After you have unblocked e-mails from the domain "@skyticket.com" and/or "@dp.skyticket.com", please call or e-mail us to have the unreceived e-mail(s) sent again.

Edit Registered E-mail Address
Please register the new e-mail address in the “Edit Member's Information” found on “My Page” or e-mail us to have your e-mail address changed. After the new e-mail address has been registered, we will send the unreceived e-mails again.

* Please include your reservation number and name in the e-mail for reference if you are contacting us via e-mail (Changes to registered e-mail addresses cannot be made without the reservation number and name)
